(“Roundfire”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) understands that privacy is of great concern to you, and we want you to feel comfortable interacting with our website (the “Site”).  Because your privacy is important to you and to us, we operate our Site by the principles detailed below.  These principles apply solely to information gathered at the Site by Roundfire and its Site Host (defined in Section 2 below). BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND OUR TERMS OF USE.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND OUR TERMS OF USE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE.

Roundfire may at times make changes to this Privacy Policy and reserves the right to do so.  We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site and updating the last modified date at the top of this policy.  Any changes to our Privacy Policy will take effect immediately upon posting to the Site.  You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. 

 

SECTION 2:  OUR SITE HOST IS WIX.COM

Our Site is hosted on the Wix.com platform (“Site Host”). Wix.com provides us with the online platform to promote our services to you. Your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information (as defined below) may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  For more information about Wix.com and how it treats user information, please carefully review the Wix.com Terms of Use and Wix.com Privacy Policy.  By accessing and using our Site, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Wix.com Terms of Use and the Wix.com Privacy Policy with respect to your activities on our Site and their use of your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information as defined and described in further detail below.

PERSONAL INFORMATION:  Personal information includes information that may identify you, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, a physical address, a phone number, and/or an email address (“Personal Information”).  At this time, we do not offer a mechanism for users to voluntarily submit this type of Personal Information through our Site. Personal Information may also include details regarding your browsing or usage session on our Site, such as an Internet Protocol (IP) address, geo-location or a unique device identifier.  Whether your Personal Information is submitted voluntarily or collected based on your usage of the Site, it will be protected under the terms of this Privacy Policy. 

  2. NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION:  By accessing our Site, we may collect non-identifiable technical and aggregated usage information, such as browsing and ‘click stream’ activity, session heatmaps and scrolls, non-identifying information about your device, operating system, internet browser, screen resolution, language and keyboard settings, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, data/time stamps and other statistics (“Non-Personal Information”).  Such Non-Personal Information does not enable us to identify you. 

 

SECTION 4:  INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN

Roundfire does not intend to collect any Personal Information from children under eighteen (18) years of age.  Therefore, if you are under eighteen (18) years of age, do not use our Site or submit any Personal Information to Roundfire or the Site.  Parents and guardians should supervise their children’s activities at all times.

 

SECTION 5:  HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION

WHEN YOU ACCESS AND BROWSE OUR SITE:  If you access, browse or otherwise use our Site, our Site Host may gather, collect and record such uses, sessions and related information, either independently or with the help of third-party services as detailed in Section 8 of the Wix.com Privacy Policy, including through the use of “cookies” and other tracking technologies, as further detailed in Section ‎9 of the Wix.com Privacy Policy

  2. WHEN YOU PROVIDE INFORMATION TO US VOLUNTARILY:  We currently do not offer a mechanism for users to voluntarily submit information through our Site.  If/when we do, we will update this Privacy Policy to clearly describe how we gather, collect and record that information.

Any information we collect from you will be used for the following purposes: 

  1. To provide and operate the Site;

  2. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations;
